Backed by over thirty years of experience in non-dairy alternatives, we joined forces with local baristas to create the superlative plant-based range of milks.

We have one mission. Create plant-based milks that are perfected for cafés. We are driven by using what nature gave us to achieve that elusive ultimate experience in a cup. From our processes to our ingredients, from farm to front-of-house, our alternative ethos means we are forever pushing the boundaries to craft the best non-dairy alternatives for cafés.

Plants are incredible. Give them water and sun, and they sprout delicious and versatile ingredients, such as nuts, grains and legumes… Nuts, grains and legumes that we use for creating remarkable and healthy dairy-free milks. It’s that simple. All of our products are made locally using thoughtfully-sourced produce and other ingredients, prioritising local as much as possible.

  2. Brewed with natural enzymes and Central Coast water.
  3. Filtered until smooth and creamy.
Australian fresh almonds

AUSSIE FRESH ALMONDS
  1. Shelled and steamed to remove the skin.
  2. Gently roasted and ground into almond butter.
  3. Carefully mixed with water.

 

Australian non-GMO soy beans
NON-GMO SOYBEANS
  1. Soy beans are ground after removing the hull.
  2. Separated out the proteins.
  3. Combined with soy fibre and mixed with water.
