Spice up your specials board with these crunchy Buffalo Cauli Bites. If spice is your life, these may just be your jam. But, be warned, you won’t be able to stop at one!








  1. Combine flour, paprika, salt and garlic powder in a bowl. Add soy milk and whisk until smooth and well combined. Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
  2. Coat cauliflower florets in batter, lightly shake off excess and toss in breadcrumbs to coat each side.
  3. Evenly place crumbed florets on oiled tray. Bake in hot oven, 200OC, for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, place glaze ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  5. Remove cauliflower from oven and brush each piece of cauliflower with the glaze. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes to caramelise the glaze.
  6. Remove from oven and serve immediately with favourite dipping sauce. Serves 6.
