1 cup The Alternative Barista Oat
1 tsp matcha powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 lime, ½ juiced ½ for rim
1 tbsp strawberry syrup
2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar
ice
1. Add milk, matcha, vanilla, lime juice & strawberry syrup to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Combine strawberries & coconut sugar in food processor to make strawberry sugar.
4. Rub rim of the glass with half a lime and then coat in strawberry sugar.
5. Pour over ice and enjoy.
