The Alternative Barista Oat
1 tbsp matcha powder, extra to dust
1 tbsp hot water
ice
1 tbsp white chocolate powder
1. Dissolve matcha powder in hot water.
2. Fill a glass with ice & pour over matcha mixture.
3. In a milk jug, steam together oat milk & white chocolate powder to 40°C.
4. Pour oat milk over ice & dust with matcha powder.
