The Alternative: Championship Franchise Edition 2025

Ready, Set, Brew! The Franchise Team Edition is On! 

The Alternative Dairy Co. is excited to host a special Franchise Team Edition of The Alternative Championship — exclusively for our franchise partners. 

This invite-only event is your chance to rally a team of three baristas and represent your franchise for the win! (One team per franchise.) 

It’s a night designed for fun, connection, and a little friendly competition — where your baristas can showcase their skills, creativity, and passion while competing for awesome prizes as well as   an exclusive Franchise Team Edition Trophy and Merch.   

Across three exciting rounds, teams will be tested on speed, service, flavour, and flair. 

A little run down of the format:  

Drinks Up! Show off your latte art and brewing skills as you race the clock. 

Odd One Out! Test your tastebuds in a sensory milk challenge. 

Master Mixer! Create a signature plant-based drink on the fly, thanks to Da Vinci gourmet.  

What’s Up for Grabs? 

Bragging rights, a shiny trophy, and some epic prizes: 

1st Place – $1,000* each for all three team members, 

a Franchise Team Edition trophy, and a mixed pallet of The Alternative Dairy Co. Barista range for your franchise – that’s a serious prize haul. 

 2nd Place – $500* each, plus a medal to mark your spot on the podium. 

3rd Place – $250* each and a medal for every team member to take home. 

Everyone who competes gets a goody bag on the night!
