What is your returns and exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or refund an item due to a change of mind.
We do have sizing guides for our wearable merch, so please use these to help with your purchase.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all our orders within 48hrs of the order being received. Our products are shipped from Sydney, NSW via Australia Post.
Once your order is packed and leaves you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Depending on postage carrier restrictions, it may take 7 business days to receive your order and 10 business days for orders to New Zealand. Check here for more information about delivery times & schedules.
My size is sold out, when will you re-stock?
Oh no! Most of our merch releases are small, one-off runs made in limited quantities. Once they’re gone that’s it!
