¾ cup The Alternative Barista Coconut
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
toasted coconut (to garnish)
1 tsp honey
1. Add pineapple, coconut milk, yoghurt & honey to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass & top with toasted coconut.
